Background:
The Maple Street Studio redesign turned a cramped, dated office into a bright, efficient workspace reflecting the client’s creative identity while prioritizing ergonomics and sustainability. We removed nonstructural partitions to open sightlines, added flexible workstations with integrated cable management, and specified low‑VOC finishes and energy‑efficient lighting to improve air quality and cut operating costs. A neutral palette with warm wood and green textiles highlights the client’s artwork; acoustic panels and zoned lighting balance collaboration and quiet focus. The result: a cohesive, future‑ready studio that boosts productivity, enhances guest impressions, and meets long‑term sustainability goals.
